Crystal has phenomenal strength and has beat insurmountable odds throughout her life.  As a single parent and U.S. Army veteran, Crystal has served more than 12 years as a Combat Medic and Instructor in places like Haiti and combat -torn Afghanistan.  Crystal is also a survivor, with crippling life experiences and stories of triumph and overcoming adversity as a female in the military. With a Masters degree in Criminal Justice, in addition to being an entrepreneur and fitness competitor, Crystal continues to volunteer with gang intervention and juvenile corrections programs. Crystal inspires others to dig deeper than thought possible and unleash the warrior within to achieve undeniability!
